Orders usually take 2 - 5 days to get to customers from the order date. That does not include weekends and holidays, or times we are out of town.
Note: recently, the post office has been slow getting orders delivered. There may be a significant delay. In that case, call your local post office and give them your tracking number, if you have one.
If you order between 1-3 patches or 1-10 stickers, they will go out in a normal envelope with 1 stamp; and tracking will not be provided. If you do not receive a tracking number via e-mail 2-3 days after you placed your order; please refer to your order confirmation e-mail for our e-mail address and send us an e-mail.

It depends on the order size. If you order small things like patches or stickers, we will use first class with tracking via USPS. If you order 1, 2 or 3 patches or stickers (up to 8), we will put them in a regular envelope with a stamp on it. If you order a jersey, or 2 or more jerseys, or flags; we will use priority mail via USPS. Shirts go out first class mail via USPS.
We accept credit cards and debit cards.
Most orders receive a tracking number. Go to https://www.usps.com/manage/ and type in your tracking number. If it says "delivered" with a date next to it; then you need to call your local post office and do some digging. If it says "in transit" or you did not receive a tracking number, please be patient. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. You will have to file a claim with the USPS. Once we mail your package, it is out of our hands.
